In short I am a single mother, caregiver, author and a minister, who reluctantly and with a (child like fitish) closed the business that I thought was my passion and purpose, my successful beauty industry business to become my mothers full time caregiver after her brain surgery and massive stroke, only to truly find what I thought was my purpose was only a small portion of my true divine purpose.

As an international speaker and award winning business coach, I have worked as a self-employed entrepreneur for over 20 years. Working in a salon at the age of 14 and opened her first salon at the age of 18. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and a Masters in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. Additionally, I currently holds over 25 certifications in business, cosmetology and makeup artistry and counting. My experience as a manager, trainer and quality specialist for a fortune 500 freight logistics company which helped me develop my business management and training skills.

I opened NV beauty Industry Consultants, which we renamed The B.O.M.B Mentoring in 2010 now it’s simply keandraward.com providing business and personal development news, courses and business trainings. I am the president of Keystone Business Institute a business institute designed for the entrepreneur, our students are able to receive their bachelors in entrepreneurship while building their start up business or if their business looking to rebrand.

As an ordained minister, I’m known and loved for my unique education and training style and my pure passion for every aspect of helping the people that we serve; operate at their fullest potential by walking boldly towards their destiny.
